Tailored Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® and Parenting Packages
Unlock your family’s potential with our personalized service packages, each designed to meet the unique needs of your family members. Choose from a range of options, from individual sessions to comprehensive bundles, featuring Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® lessons, Conscious Parenting Coaching, and holistic guidance and support.
- Coaching Package ($975): Individuals and/or couples receive 6 full hours of virtual coaching over six to eight weeks. This package includes free access to the Embodied Parenting program and weekday email and text access for the duration of the program.
- ABM® NeuroMovement® Package ($95 per 30-minute lesson): Individual children receive between 4 and 10 in-person Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® lessons per month for a minimum of six months. This package also includes a complimentary 30-minute follow-up Zoom call after each intensive to discuss progress, answer questions, and offer additional guidance and support.
- Family Package ($975 + $95 per 30-minute lesson): Individual children receive between 4 and 10 in-person Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® lessons per month for at least six months. Additionally, individual parents and/or couples receive 6 full hours of virtual coaching over six to eight weeks, free access to the Embodied Parenting program, and weekday email and text access for the duration of the program.
- Ad-hoc Individual One-on-One Coaching ($150 per session): Personalized one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs.
- Ad-hoc Individual One-on-One Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Lessons ($95 per 30-minute lesson): Individual lessons designed to support your child’s development through the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®.
- Ad-hoc Individual One-on-One Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Lessons ($120 per 45-minute lesson): Individual lessons designed to support your child’s development through the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®.
Professional Development Packages

- Group Coaching ($1,550): Groups receive 6 full hours of virtual group coaching, exploring my six signature in-depth modules. This package also includes discounted monthly access to UNA Essential Movement Learning Studio, featuring two virtual Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® lessons per week.
- Consulting Package ($175 per hour): Designed for organizations, this package focuses on educating staff on the correlation between a parent's emotional well-being and their ability to create optimal learning and healing environments for their child facing neurodiversity, complex medical needs, or disability. Learn how to support parents through various stages and become a positive influence on their child. Additionally, professionals will be taught the importance of conscious connection and supporting a child holistically, prioritizing their sense of self and identity, and creating environments that emphasize exploration, discovery, contrast and the creation of new neural pathways in a safe space where children are seen, heard, and valued. This package enhances any modality or profession involved in a child's learning or healing.
